The EPSON Stylus Photo 895 offers the versatility of photo lab style prints with the convenience of standalone use. Offering a high quality solution for digital camera owners wanting the best photo reproduction quality at an affordable price, this is a dedicated photo printer for home or for specialist applications when digital photos are required quickly with minimum fuss.

Featuring EPSON's unique edge-to-edge printing process and 20 years lightfastness, the Stylus Photo 895 can print photos that are virtually indistinguishable from photo lab prints. And because you have complete control over which photos you want to print, you only pay for the photos you need.

Using a powerful integrated processor, the Stylus Photo 895 can be used without a computer for quick and convenient access, or with a PC or Apple Mac for extra photo processing options and for printing other document types such as letters and spreadsheets.
A PCMCIA card slot is provided, supporting a wide range of digital camera memory types, and a CompactFlash card adapter is supplied for out-of-the-box compatibility with many digital cameras. Using appropriate adapters*, memory cards such as SmartMedia, Memory Stick, MultimediaCard and IBM's Microdrive are also supported.

The Stylus Photo 895 features EPSON's new PRINT Image Matching technology (PIM), which has been developed to give users of the leading brands of digital cameras an easy way to produce the highest quality prints. It allows Digital Still Cameras to interact with EPSON Stylus Photo printers to deliver improved results by automatically calibrating the printer to match each camera maker's ideal image settings.
Using the latest Photo Reproduction Quality technology incorporating the EPSON Perfect Picture Imaging System, true Photo-Quality performance comes as standard without the need for additional upgrades, while printing on plain paper has been improved even further.
The Stylus Photo 895 includes support for the Universal Serial Bus, fully supported by Microsoft Windows 98, Windows Me and Apple iMac
